Not happy with the item you received?
What is your return policy?
Looking to return your product? Not a problem! We accept all returns within 90 days of the purchase date, as long as it is in unused condition, with its original packaging. Once we receive your item we will refund you within 5-7 business days, the cost of the product excluding shipping and handling charges. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. If your order was placed over 90 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund but we would be more than happy to help coordinate an exchange. Please reference the exchange policy below.
How do I return my order?
First things first, please reach out to email@example.com to get your return processed and to receive a return label from us (free of charge). When you reach out to us, please provide the following information: Order number and name, reason for return and your up to date ship from address.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your item we will refund you within 5-7 business days, the cost of the product excluding shipping and handling charges. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. We will process the refund using the same method of payment that was used when your original order was placed.
Received an item that is damaged?
So you opened up your Candylab box only to find that the product has been damaged in transit? Bummer. But not to worry, simply follow our return process steps above and we'll take care of everything, ASAP.

I ordered the wrong item, by mistake! What should I do?
Don't worry. This is a simple fix! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know: your order number, what you would like to receive and what you would like to return. Our customer service team will create a return label for you to send us back the incorrect item. If there is a difference in cost between the item you received and the item you would like to receive, we will get that taken care of as well.
A friend gifted me Candylab, and I want to exchange it!
Wow! What a lovely friend you have. This is an easy fix. Please send us the order number from the gift you received and verify the information under the order number. Once you do so, we will provide you with a return label. You will send us the item back. Once we have the Candylab product back in out arms, safe and sound. We will ship out the product that you would like to receive.
