  • We use only solid beech wood, water based, non-toxic paints, a little bit of plastic, metal and real rubber. Our cars comply with the safety requirements of the Consumer Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (ASTM F963), Australian and NZ safety regulations, as well as European toy safety requirement EN71 parts I, II and III. We regularly test our toys to fully comply with current regulations. Our toys are tested in CPSIA - accredited labs. For more information please contact us directly at littlehelper@candylabtoys.com

    While non-toxic, it is not okay to let little ones chew, lick, gnaw or otherwise try to consume the toys. Please keep them out of their mouths at all times. They are 3+ rated after all.

  • With everyday play it will scuff, dent or scratch, and that is how we prefer them honestly. It means it’s fulfilling its purpose as a toy and it makes us happy. Alternately, if you will keep it on a shelf and just dust it off from time to time, it will stay glossy for ever and ever.

  • We don't want to compete with our international retailers. Our products are priced differently around the world. Those prices reflect the local import duties and local cost of living. By offering free shipping everywhere, we often undercut our local retailers. To avoid paying for shipping, we whole-heartedly encourage you to buy from a Candylab Toys retailer near you!     All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes and clearing fees which you are responsible for paying - your orders are without sales-tax or VAT. If you refuse delivery, your package will be abandoned. Once abandoned, we can’t ship another package to you or issue a refund. Filling out your shipping address correctly is very important. A wrong address and package sent back will incur shipping charges back to USA on our account. If your parcel sits unclaimed and / or you have not answered our increasingly alarmed emails, there is a chance it will be sent back, or abandoned at destination. We would not be able to resend your order nor refund you in such a situation.

  • Handling time is generally 1-2 business days for all shipments, unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 12:00pm Eastern Time are not processed and shipped until the next business day. International orders usually arrive in 4-10 business days depending on location. We also offer expedited international shipping options at a higher rate. Check out what your options are during your checkout process. If you have any questions about your shipping rate or options please submit your question before submitting your order. We would hate for your order to ship out before your question is answered!

    If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout we are not responsible for the shipping charges to resend your order. We can either refund your order minus the original shipping cost or we can send you a payment link to cover the shipping charges to resend the items.

  • At Candylab Toys we stand by our products. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Every Candylab product goes through several levels of quality control before it is shipped out and our products are designed to last for years. Please note the "defective" part of this lifetime guarantee. This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. A scratch or dent is just proof that you are using your Candylab as you should be. Just be careful of reckless driving!

    To ensure that our engineering and quality control teams have the tools to continuously improve our products, we require the product to be returned to us before we ship replacements. If your Candylab product is somehow faulty, send us a note via email, along with photos to littlehelper@candylabtoys.com and we'll take it from there.

  • You may return an unused item in a like-new condition, in its original packaging within 30 days. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given, however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
    Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
    Returns must be sent to: Candylab Toys Inc. 140 Broad ST, Montgomery, PA 17752.

    Once we receive your item we will refund you within 5-7 business days, the cost of the product excluding shipping and handling charges. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. We will process the refund using the same method of payment that was used when your original order was placed.

  • Domestic: If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less the shipping charges.) Please reach out to: littlehelper@candylabtoys.com with an image of the product, your order number and the reason for your return. We will not accept returned items that have any visible signs of use or have been, altered or damaged. If your returned item is deemed ineligible because it is not in new, original condition, you will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned to you.
    Return packages can be shipped using any shipping service of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered packages. Once your merchandise is received & reviewed we will start the refund process. If your order was placed over 30 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund but we would be more than happy to offer you store credit.

    International: Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs and longer transit times we cannot offer returns or exchanges for International orders.

  • Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

    Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.

    All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

    Afterpay is not available for Wholesale customers, but you can apply for net 30 terms at toyseller@candylabtoys.com.

    Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please reach out to littlehelper@candylabtoys.com and provide us with your order number along and an image of the item you would like to return. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from Candylab Toys to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
