We had the absolute pleasure of taking part in an event hosted by New York City’s most iconic toy store — FAO Schwarz. To celebrate 160 Years of Toys, FAO welcomed kids and families to their flagship location at Rockefeller Center and took over the plaza for a day of performances, sweet treats and fun-filled activities.

Over at our station, we hosted the Candylab Derby, where we invited kids to build and decorate their own CANDYCAR® and launch it down a custom-designed 13-foot raceway. Kids spent hours of fun designing their cars and watching them roll down our raceway’s three uniquely-shaped tracks! By the end of the day, we were thrilled to see that all 300 cars that we brought had gone home with happy families.

Oh, and our Jumbo RC Taco Van also made an appearance, of course! Thanks to FAO for hosting us at such a fantastic event, and stay tuned for the next Candylab Derby!
